Not sure if you are ready to start an intensive one-month or three-month lifestyle change? Get your toes wet with a one-time virtual/telephone consult.
ONE-MONTH PLAN
Ready to dive in and give your approach to food a total overhaul? Then get your mind and body rejuvenated with this semi-long-term plan. This plan includes weekly virtual/telephone consults, daily meal tracking, and individualized meal plans that are tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
THREE-MONTH PLAN
This plan includes everything from the one-month plan and is ideal if you need a longer adjustment period due to having multiple medical concerns, or because you have struggled for a long time to change your eating habits with little success and would like ongoing support.
